Friendly staff, but noisy nights

The hotel's clean, welcoming environment set the perfect backdrop for our stay. The breakfast surpassed my expectations, with a variety of options that were well-presented. Additionally, the kitchenette served us well.

However, the noise from the ground floor kept us awake. Early-morning stomping from above made it difficult to get restful sleep, and the pool's late opening hours were disappointing.

The check-out process felt intrusive with multiple knocks before the time!!! The pool hours posted were misleading, not opening until 9 am when 6 am was advertised. The noise from upstairs was disruptive early in the morning!!!

The suite was spacious enough for our family of six, which was a huge plus. The kids really enjoyed the variety at breakfast. We loved the location, close to parks and perfect for a fun afternoon outing to the nearby golf course.

My kids wished for more activities for younger guests.

I stayed one night in a King Studio with Sofa Bed. The breakfast offered a great variety, including fresh waffles. The in-room kitchenette was well-stocked. It had utensils and dishes for cooking. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay. A pleasant experience! 😊

Wi-Fi was fast, and free parking was a plus. Fitness center was well-equipped. Noise from adjacent rooms was annoying.

The breakfast spread was impressive. my husband enjoyed eggs, waffles, and fresh muffins while I appreciated a sweet apple cinnamon muffin post-surgery. The staff's hospitality made a difference. Tyler at the front desk was welcoming, accommodating our ground floor request, offering dining recommendations that really came in handy. On the flip side, the sofa bed was hard, which affected our comfort. Noise from the fourth floor above us started early, waking us up too soon. There's also room for improvement with amenities like more space around the pool and perhaps adding a hot tub. The gym was decent, but I wish there were USB ports in the room for convenience. Still, I'd gladly return despite these minor hiccups.
